It is my go-to plant when it comes to treating a stomach virus, too. It is also good at treating sunburn, first degree burn, and inflammations. But did you know that Aloe Vera is also great at keeping your hair healthy and promoting growth? Aloe Vera contains 32 vitamins and minerals, including vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, A, C, and E. It also contains 75 nutrients and hundreds of Enzymes. These vitamins and nutrients have the ability to strengthen the hair, balance the pH level of the hair, conditions the scalp, and promote growth.

  1.  Amino Acids – Strengthens the hair and stops breakage.
  2. Alkaline – Balances the pH level of the hair and adds shine.
  3. Folic Acid + Other B vitamins – Rejuvenate the hair follicles and stop shedding.

Ways to use Aloe Vera Juice on your hair
